TERM OF SERVICES / ENGLISH (Vietnamese below)

1.General

-Please provide clear reference for me before I start sketching.
-If you want to cancel the commission, please tell before sketch. If I have already sketched, I will take 20% commission price
-Please be friendly to each other.

2. About comm

-Detail characters charge more
-Price is inclueded Paypal fee
-Extra character: +100% basic price
-Background : simple = free, complicated = more 10-30% basic price
-Editing sketch free for 3 times for important detail like pose, hair,... and free for small detail or if I draw wrong in details. For more, like you give me unclear brief of change details, you have to pay extra fee 1$/each.
-Deadline : 1 week to 3 months (can be delayed because I am a student, I have lots of school work)
-Commissions are for personal use, the price will be differed if you intend to use it as commercial use.
-I will refuse to draw character(s) that I cannot draw
-I do: fanart, OC, real people,...
-I don't do: Furry, mecha, bara,...
-I can publish the commission for self-promotion.
-You can use the commission as gift, resell for basic price, produce limited merchandises (not profitable)
-When I start drawing, I will update step by step to you
-I only accept redraw the commission before colouring. Please think carefully before assenting the lineart
-I do not accept editing comm after final. I will take extra fee if you want to edit comm.

3. Payment

-Private comm = Price x50% and I will not publish it
-Pay 100% price after sketch
-The payment process lasts until 3 days. Without receiving the entire payment during that period, I will CANCEL the commission.
-Payment : Paypal, Ko-fi
-NO REFUND if you cancel the commission

4. Copyright

-Under no circumstances must my credit be kept.
-I can use comm to promote myself in any place or site, post it on any of my social media accounts.
-Use it as sample for commission
You can post the commission on social media with my credit "WaterBamboo310"
commission that is not bought as commercial can not be use as commercial use
-Commercial commissions can be used as merchandise, book illustration, book cover, etc.
-The commissions are used by the artist and the purchaser exclusively.
Before selling the commission to the others, the purchaser must tell the artist.

ĐIỀU KIỆN PHỤC VỤ

1. Chung

-Hãy đưa ref thật rõ và nêu yêu cầu trước khi tớ bắt đầu sketch
-Nếu bạn muốn hủy comm, hãy bảo tớ trước khi sketch, nếu tớ sketch rồi, tớ sẽ thu 20% tiền comm
-Hãy lịch sự với nhau

2. VỀ COMM

-Char phức tạp sẽ có phụ phí
-Thêm char x2 giá
-Background
+Đơn giản = free,
+Phức tạp = thêm 10-30% giá comm gốc
-Mình sửa sketch free 3 lần nên bạn hãy suy nghĩ kỹ trước khi bảo mình sửa phần nào, sửa quá 3 lần sẽ thêm phí, sửa chi tiết nhỏ nếu không quá đáng và nếu lỗi sai detail nằm ở mình thì sẽ không tính phí. Phí sửa mỗi lần 5-10k.
-Deadline : 1 tuần tới 3 tháng, bạn nào cần gấp hãy báo deadline trước để được ưu tiên, nếu qua gấp sẽ có thêm phụ phí (có thể sẽ hoãn comm nhưng sẽ báo trước)
-Comm chỉ được dùng cho mục đích cá nhân, có thể đem in ấn (personal, quà,... vui lòng báo trước) và comm thương mại giá x3
-Tớ sẽ từ chối nhận comm mà tớ không vẽ được
-Tớ có thể vẽ : fanart, OC, người thật,... Lưu ý, tớ vẽ người thật không đẹp bằng char 2D
-Tớ không nhận : Mecha, bara,...
-Chỉ sửa comm ở giai đoạn sketch và line, nếu đã lên màu(bạn được sửa màu) hoặc full tranh, bạn yêu cầu sửa các chi tiết thì tớ có quyền thu thêm phụ phí hoặc từ chối sửa (nếu yêu cầu sửa không quá đáng, tớ sẽ sửa free cho bạn)
-Mình không chấp nhận sửa comm sau khi đã chốt final. Tớ sẽ lấy thêm phí sửa nếu bạn vẫn muốn sửa.
-Khách comm có thể mang comm làm quà tặng, resell = giá comm gốc
-TUYỆT ĐỐI KHÔNG DÙNG COMM CỦA MÌNH CHO AI VÀ NFT

3. Thanh toán

-Comm private sẽ thêm 50% giá comm và tớ sẽ không sử dụng nó công khai
-Trả 50% hoặc full trước khi sketch và trả full sau khi nhận sketch/line, tớ cũng sẽ update tiến độ comm cho bạn
-Mình có 3 ngày để thanh toán comm sau khi có slot, nếu không có lý do chính đáng, tớ xin phép hủy comm
-Tớ sẽ update quá trình vẽ cho mình
Thanh toán: ngân hàng, momo, paypal, ko-fi, card + chiết khấu
-KHÔNG HOÀN TIỀN nếu bạn là người hủy ngang comm
-Nếu tớ hủy comm vì quá sức hoặc vì lí do khác, tớ sẽ hoàn cọc.

4. Bản quyền

-Credit của họa sĩ phải được giữ lại và quyền tác giả thuộc về tớ
-Tớ có thể dùng comm để quản bá bản thân ở mọi trang mạng xã hội
-TUYỆT ĐỐI KHÔNG DÙNG COMM CỦA MÌNH CHO AI VÀ NFT
-Bạn - commissioner- có thể đăng comm lên mọi trang mạng xã hội kèm với credit của tớ là "WaterBamboo310" hoặc "Boo đang chạy deadline"
-Chỉ có comm thương mại mới được phép thương mại hóa, và nó có thể dùng làm merch, bìa sách....
-Chỉ commissioner và tớ là được sử dụng comm.
-Nếu commissioner muốn nhượng/bán comm thì phải báo tớ trước
